Security Access

If access is required to an academic building during evening hours, weekends, or holidays, an official written request must be submitted to Public Safety.

A memo from your advisor/supervisor must be mailed or faxed (396-5963) to Public Safety including:

1. Name of individual
   requesting access
2. Name of building and location access is needed
3. 16 digit number
   (Found on front of DU Card)
4. Approximate times access
   will be required
5. Reason for access
6. When access is to expire
